What should I expect during my first meeting Merit Access?

The first meeting is usually an opportunity for the consultant to get to know your situation — including the senior’s health, daily routines, challenges, and goals — so they can tailor support appropriately. You’ll likely discuss things like mobility, medication needs, cognitive concerns, home environment, and what kind of assistance would improve quality of life.

How can I learn more about what Merit Access has to offer?

We’ll explain the range of services we offer and how those services can help meet your needs, including anything from care coordination and healthcare navigation to in-home support planning . Expect a breakdown of what we can do and how it will add to your lives. There is no charge for this first meeting (in-person, virtual, or by phone) and you not obligated to commit to any services we offer.

What qualifications and certifications does Merit Access have?

Although, Merit Access does not offer healthcare services, we wouldn't be who we are without over a decade of health experience. We are also certified by Age Safe America to perform Home Safety Assessment. Lastly, personal experience is our greatest motivator and inspiration for this business. Some things cannot be taught. They must be lived through, and our knowledge of the challenges, gaps in care, resources, and heart is something we are glad to share.
